I'm Jin-hong.


I don't think I have much appetite at work.
I think, I have lunch because It's time to eat, rather than eating because hungry.
But if I don't eat on time, it can lead to a big binge at dinner.
Somethimes, I couldn't get off work because I had no energy.

Today, I ate sweet persimmons.
When I prepared my lunch box, It was a bit of a hassle. I was peel persimmons and cut it.
It was hard to prepare the lunch box, but it was more comfortable to eat.^^

Delicious sweet persimmons that are sweet and crispy.
I brought 8 of them and ate them all.

I decided to have a snack in the afternoon because I thought the sweet persimmon would be short.


I'm going to have dinner soon anyway, so it's okay to eat lightly, right?

I prefer sweet-tasting tangerines, but I still think they have a strong acid flavor.
When it gets colder, will the sweet tangerine come out?

I thought 'should I buy persimmons on my way home from work?'
When I concerning, I found a ripe banana.

I ate seven bananas.


I tried eat pear because I wanted to see if pear was ripe.
It was a little more ripen.
I ate two for replenish moisture.




I wanted to eat some more, so I ate vegetable soybean paste soup.
Plenty of vegetables on purpose! taste is very mild!

I wanted to add some more soybean paste to make it salty, but I think it would be better for healthy.
I like hot soup so I ate some rice, some lettuce and two bowls of soybean paste soup.



According to plant-based diet, salt and sugar are advised to be avoided, but they said it is okay to eat them if the body wants to.
Inbody test always show that my body is not enough body water.
Maybe my body says to me, eat salty by appetite.
I'm going to try to adjust to this slowly.

Let's eat healthy again tomorrow!!
