I'm Jin-hong.


I've been busy lately.
I didn't know I was playing such a weighty role...... Ha ha ha ha.
I filled my empty feeling with fruit.
But it felt like it wasn't being filled.

I bought a bunch of banana on my way to work.


I wish it a little more ripe, but I bought it because I thought it wasn't bad enough.

When I ate it for lunch, I thought it would be a little more ripe.
But I ate as many as eight.
Each one was a little bit small, but... I think I ate a lot because I'm doing together eating and working.

The crazy moments go by...
Look at the time. It's already 4:00. Ha ha ha ha.
I think I spent the day very well today.


I am not very hungry, but I felt thirsty so I ate two persimmons.

I feel hoarse and runny nose these days.
but I have no cough, and I don't have a sore throat at all.
But, uh... maybe it's a cold.
Should I turn on the humidifier?

These days, I bought persimmon  a lot because it's sweet and seasonal.
I bought 10 kilograms... I think I'll eat it soon.

The persimmons belong to sweet fruit. They are high in calories.
I know I can eat it as a main fruit.
In the evening... I ate thirteen of them.
Is it ok...?


I stopped eating persimmons. peeling was still hard to me.
I ate two more cucumbers. but I still feel empty. why...?



The effect and nutritional content of the persimmon are good for the bronchial tubes.
My eyes were tired because of the high use of the computer, but it also contains a lot of vitamin A.
That's why I got the hang of it.

I'm going to try to eat a lot until I'm done with it.
I want to lose some weight with the perfect fruit-meal.
