I'm Jin-hong.
I depressed again.. why am I depressed?
Is it really because of autumn..?
In the evening, I felt great about the small luxury for me.
but at night, I was depressed again...Is it slump..?

I ate some apples and bananas.
banana looks like perfect ripe. also smells good.
when I ate them, their flesh was too soft like melted. I don't like these texture. chewy and crunch is my favorite.

I had an appointment to dinner tonight, so I decided to go out to dinner cheerfully.
I've decided to eat something delicious and what I want to eat.
But the buffet I was going to go to was closed, no good restaurants near here... I was in trouble.
So.. I came home without dinner.
When I came back home.. I ate ten ripe persimmon.
It made me full.. but I wanted something more.
maybe, my heart was empty and I wanted to fill it by food.
I ate some mandarines.. nevertheless I still felt empty.
Unfortunately, I couldn't eat fruit any more. I needed something another. something heavy food like rice, sweet potato.
I go to refrigerator and open the door. I found steamed chestnut. It was very much nevertheless I ate them all.
I think.. I was overeat. certainly.
I think I really need rest. real rest. enough sleeping, eat well and no stress.
I hope, tomorrow will be better than today.
