It's getting cold. Winter is coming.
Everyone is ok?

I have been sniffling every morning, but... Fortunately, it's not getting any worse.
I believe it's thanks to enough fruits and vegetables.

Today lunch starts with sweet potatoes.
I've always preferred to eat fruits first, but today I feel sad because having starch food first.


Sweet potato was delicious and sweet. It made me feel better.
I ate big four sweet potatoes.
I though it was enough, but I wanted to eat more.



I ate three more bananas.
yesterday, I thought banana was need more time to ripe. so, I plan to eat banana tomorrow, I ate today because of I didn't have any fruit enough.



and.. actually I ate one more apple. lol

Today's main fruit is the frozen mango.
Maybe it's because of mango that bananas and apples are getting tired.
The frozen mango, which was not very good at first, is over the top right now.

When I go to the mart, I'll buy it a lot.


After mangoes.. I ate more fruit. three persimmon.
eat them all, I felt full, but my feeling wanted to eat more a little bit.
I ate some rice with chillis and dried laver.
some chilli was too hot to me, It made me eating a lot of rice.



I'm grateful for the constant blogging.
I want to praise myself.
