Today is Wednesday!!
I took a break yesterday, so let's try harder today.

I ate lunch in a hurry because I had work in the afternoon.
It's an old pineapple.
Was it ripe? Compared to what I bought together, I think it's more sweet.
Fruit can't be ripe after peeling off.. isn't it?
When I ate 700 grams of pineapple, I had two more bananas because I thought my power to afternoon work would be a little bit lacking.

Too much late dinner...!! my work wasn't finish early.
I had to finish my work first.. today was tired and hungry night.
I ate pear.. taste was terrible. not sweet, no juicy, flesh was dried.
I bought many pears.. how do I eat at all..?!
I stopped ate pears... I ate ripen persimmons. they makes me feel better.
ripe persimmon is much sweet. that's why I like persimmon.
Still I was hungry.. I ate steamed sweet potatoes and chilis and paprika.
sweet potato is always perfect to me. whole food, high carbohydrate and give enough calories to me.
I hope, tomorrow is 100% fruit meal.
