Hello
I'm Jin-hong.


I ate too much yesterday, so I promised to eat slowly and moderately from today. 
but, I didn't do that. I want to hide. lol

I was going to skip lunch today.
I just... I didn't know how hungry I feel.
I thought it would be nice if I took some rest.


But, my family wanted to eat lunch with me. so, I had lunch.
We ate bulgogi and lot of vegetables. also we had rice and soybean paste stew.(Doen-jang-jji-gae)

I'm feeling a little hard to digest.
I want to eat something sweet.


I made a pineapple smoothie.
It was so sweet that it was hard to eat.
However, I drank two cups because I thought it would help me digest it.



When I finished drinking, I felt needed more fruit. I needed watery fruit.
I ate some pear and apples. pear was terrible. It was 'no taste'
I ate two apples. It was better.



I feel like I'm sticking to my diet to show people these days, so I can't enjoy the meal entirely.
Really, really, without a single lie.
Fruit-meal is great, but it's hard to prepare these days.


I have the desire to build a blog.
I think I should give up for me.
I'll seriously worry about it and make a decision.
