I'm Jin-hong.
I was very nervous in the morning, but I felt much better in the afternoon.
At first, I felt bad, but I liked the ending.
I hope today's regret will lead to tomorrow's satisfaction.
First meal

Today I have a ripe banana for lunch.
My diet diary look like yellow. Maybe.. It because of bananas :-)
I feel like I am eating a lot of bananas, so I feel like a monkey...
No, I've gained a little weight lately.. so I think look like gorillas. :-(
It's a very well-ripe banana. large and long. perfect.
The texture was delicious.
I wouldn't be tired of eating bananas like this every day.
Second meal

I don't have to eat anything, but to prevent extreme hunger and relieve a little thirst before dinner.
I ate a sweet & sour apple.

Organic apple. It was a gift. To me, It was not different I've been eaten.
If I can buy organic products as much as I like, I can try organic foods and see if they change my taste or taste.
But I can't.. organic foods are too expensive to me.

Anyway. It's time to supper.
Pineapples...!! how much I want to eat!!!
I ate pineapples with steamed sweet potatoes.
It's good combination.
Pineapple was juicy and sour and watery, sweet potato was sweet and warm.
They makes me overeating...!! lol
