I'm Jin-hong.

It's Saturday but I'm on duty. I'm especially tired today.



13:00


My company provided lunch. I ate deliciously and worked hard.
Main side dish was pork cutlet. I loved pork and fry food.
when I ate them, I thought 'Am I have to eat this..? Am I want to eat this..?'.
I thought 'I don't want it', and stopped eating.
I just ate hot soup, kimchi and some vegetables.
It was amazing variation to me.

Now, I think I can choose healthy and plant-based food anytime.



19:35

In the evening, I had eat lot of fruit.


I bought ripe-persimmon at the market. they were very cheap.
This is why I like market and why we use market.
They provide fresh and delicious food cheap for us.

I ate seven persimmon. they're flesh was very chewy and soft. also sweet.
they were almost perfect what I want.


and I ate some apples. this apple is called 'hong-ok' by korean.
juicy, crunch and sweet. I love them.


I felt full, but I want some more food something hot.
so, I blenched cabbage. they are hot and sweet to me.
also I ate some paprika.



I hope eat enough fruit tomorrow.
