I'm Jin-hong.


I have a feeling of dejection now.
I wrote the diary.. after finished, I blew it off by mistake. LOL

So, I will write simple and concisely.



13:10

I had frozen mango for lunch.
There was no raw fruit to eat.
In this case, frozen fruits are very convenient.


Other people who eat fruit-meal said that, when they haven't enough fruit, they buy fruit right away that they don't need to ripe.
But, I can't do everytime, so I will eating frozen fruits continue. :-)


You don't need to calculate how much you eat when you eat fruit-meal or plant-based diet.
but I always calculate for carte and expenses.
Frozen fruits are usually packed 1 kilogram, It make easyily calculating.
This is one of  why I like frozen fruit.



19:10

I bought a ripe banana on my way home from work.
Buying ripe fruit is good way to reduce the number of flies in my house.


There were eight bananas, I ate only four. another four is for tomorrow lunch.



and than, I ate pear.
I can eat everything, but this pear, I don't want to eat. these are terrible taste.
But if I throw away, It's waste of money. I can't do that.
What should I do..? make a smoothie?

I'll think of a good way.
