I'm Jin-hong.
I tried to work hard, learn hard, and relax.
It was too hard to rest hard.
I'm trying to do my best for Fruit-based meal or plant-based meal, but It isn't easy.
sometimes I want to eat stimulated food, and today was that day.
13:00
I bought a banana on my way to work.
I packed a steamed sweet potato for lunch, but I wanted to eat fruits first.
I thought it would taste good because it looks fully ripe.
It wasn't enough ripe.
I only ate five banana.
A slightly sour mouth was rinsed with apples.
16:00
I had some snack at the afternoon.
I had two pieces of sweet persimmons for water and a little calories.
I ate the whole skin because I couldn't peeling it.
It was delicious to eat, but it tasted a little bit bitter.
I will always peeling fruit when I eating. lol

In the evening, I had dinner little bit late.
first, I ate some pear. It was little soft flesh, but taste wasn't sweet.
another pears would be better used to make sauce.
I wanted to eat something spicy or stimulated food.
so, I cooked began food.
I stir-fried mushrooms and onions with little salt and pepper.
It was delicious to me. I wrap it dried-laver.
stir-fried vegetable was delicious but little bitter.
so, I rinsed my tongue with apples.
Stir-frying is not good at plant-based diet, right?
But, when you roasting or stir-fry, using only water isn't ok?
their temperature have problem? is it too high? how about boiling? it isn't high?
If you using only water when you something roasting or stir-fry, I think it's ok.
Restricted recipes are one cause of the stop or give up plant-based diet.
Plant-based diet needs to be more flexible.
