I'm Jin-hong.


I had a busy day from work to work. It was twice as hard as usual.
I was hungry even before lunch time.
I think, accumulated low-intensity activity also enormous as much as hard.

Actually, I wanted to skip lunch today, but I couldn't do that.
I was so hungry at that time.


I ate a kilogram of pineapple in an instant.
It was sweet and juicy. and made my tongue hurt.

Doesn't pineapple fit me well?



19:30

I am very tired today. It was hard. Too much work is not good.

I thought I wanted to eat rice and hot side dishes, but there is no menu that comes to mind.
It was a bit of a hassle to cook.
First, I decided to eat the remaining fruits first.


First, I ate seven ripe persimmons and than, four bananas.




I wanted to eat spicy food from yesterday to today.
So, I ate some stimulate food.

I ate rice and Kimchi soup and steamed-cabbage.
I ate meatball egg soup together.
They were not plant-based meal. but It's ok.
Meat is 'no good', not 'bad'.


I hope tomorrow will be a little easier.
and I hope tomorrow will be healthier than today...!!
