I'm Jin-hong.


I think I wrote depressing story these day.
So, I want to talk only about bright things today, but it is not easy...LOL

So far, I've been thinking about intermittent fasting.
I've been trying to eat heavy lunch and light supper.
It's not easy and make me tired. So, I was going to skip lunch.
Now, I feel more comfortable with less obsession to lunch.


First, I will try to skip lunch. and having dinner well.
I think it will be 1 meal a day... therefore, 100% fruit meal will be hard.
I will be eat starch like sweet potatoes with fruits.

I bought ripe persimmons..!!
It look delicious and color was beautiful. but taste was not good to me.
To me, It need more time to ripe.


I'm still hungry.. so, I ate frozen mango.
When I ate frozen fruits, I feel cold. why...? because I ate frozen food...?


After mango, I want to eat more. maybe, my body needed more food.
I boiled sweet potatoes in water. It's best recipe to me. It makes sweet potatoes moist.



My diet will be continue...!!
