Hello
I'm Jin-hong.


I ate too much and ended up feeling sick.
I think, I need study about basic of plant-based diet.
Why am I continue overeating?

I ate just three gold kiwi fruit. because I ate too much yesterday.
You know.. I ate some roasted beef, spicy and oily ramen, fried chips, and snack...
I already ate too much. My stomach need some rest.



18:35

Back to my home, I had a dinner. fruit-based meal..!!
How much I wanted to eat...♥


I ate some bananas. I want to eat that all, but I couldn't.
when I ate four bananas.. I can't ate more. my body said to me like that "I don't want banana."
I want another fruit. so, I stoped.


I ate enough ripe persimmons. they were soft but texture was not good.
less sweetness, flesh was little tough.
I want to eat high quality fruit.


After fruit-meal.. I want some salty food. so, I ate seaweed soup.
I took only seaweed because I love that~♥


20:00

At night... I want some snack. something chewy food...
but I don't have chewy food....


I thought, my body need more energy. because I wanted to eat food.
I can't understanding.. but, my mind also wanted to eat food.
so, I boiled sweet potato in water, and ate seven.
I felt overeating now when I eating sweetpotatoes.. but I can't stoped.
It was delicious and I wanted eating..!! why am I do that...?



I don't know.. why am I overeating now...
I need some rest and study about my body and plant-based.
I hope my feeling will be better and lose weight.
