I had long long fasting for resting stomach.
I had pain stomach yesterday. because I ate overeating.
please.. stop overeating...

I had early dinner today. I usually have dinner after 7 p.m.
In my case, today was early.


First, I ate a banana. 



And, I ate ripe persimmons. before that, when I ate persimmons first time, they were not quality fruit. their flesh was tough and not sweet.
these persimmon was better than them. but... not only these persimmon but also them were not quality fruit.
these were too ripe, so flesh was tough and taste was little sour.

What should I do to get high quality ripe persimmons..?



After ate persimmons.. I want to eat more. I ate green kiwi fruit.
they look like not enough ripe.. but I don't have any choice.

kiwi fruit was not bad. but I felt a little bit sad.



I need more fruit again. am I need a carbohydrate..?
I ate some fruit, pineapples. and I really finished dinner today.


I think, I had already overeating... but I ate only fruit. so, maybe.. my stomach will not hurt tonight. I hope.
