Hello
I'm Jin-hong.


I like it because it looks like I ate it evenly.
But I feel depressed.
I don't think I'm feeling well yet.



13:10

I had enough time for fasting yesterday and finished well with fruit.
I will try to eat fruit-meal well again.


I ate a banana for lunch.
It need more sugar-spots.. but they were soft.
I tried to eat them.. they were not enough ripe. Terrible tasty...


I rinsed my mouth with an apple.


16:00


I had some snack in afternoon. It's pineapples.
They were sweet and sour. I love pineapples~♥


19:45

I ate dinner too late. I had to finished work before dinner.
It had makes me tired and angry and depressed.
I need some rest...


I tried to eat banana again... I can't eat anymore.
I rinsed my mouth with an apple again... and ate kiwi fruit.
Kiwi was sour.. but not bad.. but I think they were not enough ripe too. like banana.
When I ate kiwi, my tongue was little hurt.


I feel I'm full.. but I want to eat more.
maybe, my body need more carbohydrate. because I ate banana less.
I steamed sweet potatoes.. and ate them all...!!

ow.. I think I was overeating...


I need a fasting enough time tomorrow.
