I'm Jin-hong.
today was especially hard.
my body and mind was so much tired.
People who treat people seem to get tired easily.

I couldn't afford to enjoy lunch because I had work in the afternoon.
I ate bananas in the middle of my work. that was made me little depressed.
I want to be a person who always enjoy meal.
19:15
After work, when I came back home, I just want to rest. no cleaning, no take a shower, haven't a meal.
but, I had to cleaning, take a shower and have a meal.
If I don't eat, I'll eat too much later.
I ate ten ripe persimmons. persimmon is kind of sweet fruit.
therefore, It can provide enough energy to me.
but, when I ate persimmon, I felt still hungry. why..?
doesn't persimmon provide enough energy..?

I felt still hungry, so I ate more food.
I ate a bowl of rice and lot of steamed-cabbage.
steamed-cabbage's taste was sweet. but today I wanted to eat something spicy.
I ate some chillis, nevertheless my mind needed more spicy food.
maybe, I will eat some spicy food or stimulating food tomorrow.
I want to feel better than today.
