Well, I think I've lost a lot of concentration.
I think it's okay to say it's cloudy.
Has there been a lot of trouble in my mind?

I think I ate too much yesterday, so I think I need long time fasting.
But.. when the lunch time was coming, I felt I'm hungry.
So I just ate....lol
I ate 1 kilogram of pineapple.
This was a bargain. when I ate some pineapples.. my tongue was hurt again.
but, If I didn't eat pineapples, I had to fasting to evening.

When I on my way home from to work, I bought some banana.
they looks like perfect ripe. but It need more time.
Part of flesh was look like too much ripe, but taste was a little bit not good.
I only ate two banana.
And I ate ripe persimmons.
It's getting worse and worse, I think I should eat it quickly.
I ate banana and persimmon at all, nevertheless I felt something empty and depressed.
I want full it by food. I know It is not good behavior but I don't know what should I do.
I ate more steamed cabbage. I hope feel better.. but it was same.
I want to still eat fruit-based meal and plant-based-meal.
but my feeling is empty and depressed these day.
What should I do...?
