My schedule is full these days.
It's not easy to relax.
So, blogging is being neglected.
First meal

Today's lunch is autumnal plum . It's Choo Hee.
It's so delicious on my neighbor's blog.
I bought it, because she complimented me.
I thought plums were only eaten in the summer.
There's a variety that we harvest in the fall.
The color red stimulates the appetite.
I bought a bargain fruits.
It's slightly soft and has a lot of scars.
But it looks edible.
So, I bought it.
To be honest, I wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't for sale.
It was a little expensive.
It tastes like... plums. It's very sour.
I prefer sweetness.
It didn't suit my taste.
I don't think there's anything else to buy. :-)

I ate an apple for a snack in the afternoon.
I want to lose weight because of the increased fat intake.

Third meal

I ate a frozen mango for dinner.
Easy to calculate, not to remain ambiguous.
When you eat frozen food, you eat 1 kilogram at all.
I hope I didn't overeat.
I came home from work, so I ate a little late.
Lunch was high watery fruit meal.
Dinner should be carefully taken care of.
Otherwise, I'm going to overeating.
Slowly, take one, and chew on it.
If I eat the sweet taste of mango as much as I can.
Eat moderately, Happy, My digestion will be good, too.
I ate 1 kilogram and finished.
It currently weighs about 47 kilograms.
Medically? It's not fat.
However, I have much less experience.
I feel heavy right now.
The target weight is 42.5 kg.
Can I achieve it?
Still, if I keep trying. There's a chance.
