I'm Jin-hong.


It's hard to blogging in holidays.
I could just rest during the holidays, but I didn't.
I don't want it. because I love blogging. :-)

Let me write down a brief diary


First meal
11:00

I have a good breakfast all Chuseok.
Today is closer brunch than breakfast.


During holidays, I think eating out is best.
Of course, spending is heavy.
Ha Ha Ha

Kimchi and various side dishes, pan-fried mackerel.
Salad with much dressing is creamy and sweet.


Pan-fried dried pollack, chill paste marinated pork and ferment bean soup.
that soup, korean name is 청국장(Cheonggukjang).
My favorite soup. It smells peculiar, but delicious.


Second meal
19:20

I finally got home!
It was a long journey. Hugh...orz

Dinner is fruit-meal.
I want to put my weight back, before the holidays.
I think I'll need to adjust my meal volume for a while.


I really wanted to eat pineapple.
There was no ripe pineapple. so, I couldn't buy it.

I'm worried about the digestion of animal-food that I've eaten.
so, I want to eat pineapples.. maybe.
but, I couldn't buy it.. so, I bought a similar fruit, Gold-kiwi.

I bought it because I thought I could eat it right away.
but I can't. It wasn't ripe.

I ate only four Gold-kiwi.



I need more fruit. I ate frozen apple mango 1 kilograms.



I want to go back to my old weight.
