I see the faces of my relatives and perform ancestral rites. They're all alike, aren't they?

First of all, focusing on not eating too much.



First meal
08:00

I ate until late last night.
I was hungry... Why...?



I think fruit-meal will be hard this holiday.
I ate a variety of side dishes with rice.
There's no food that's just harmful.

A bowl of rice with spicy Kimchi!



Second meal
14:00

I prepared the food for the holidays and ate lunch a little bit late.
I had some fruit for lunch today.
Be happy~♥


This is Campbell's grape, made in Yeongcheon.
I don't hate Campbell, but I don't like it because it have seeds.

But, If I still have it, I'll eat it. with thanks.

I ate a bunch of grapes...


and ate rice and side dishes more.
Because I'm going out this afternoon, I need eat enough.


Snack

In afternoon, I ate sugary drinks and snacks much.
The drink was just like that, but snacks always taste good to eat.


Third meal

I ate lunch as much as I did for a long time, and ate much.
also, I ate a lot of snacks in the afternoon.
So I thought I'd skip dinner.. but, it's not good.


I decide light dinner. two bunch of grapes and three or four cucumbers.

Before I finished eating, I felt full, but I kept eating.
I think I have such an obsession or stress about eating all the food in front of me.
I need to recognize this for a while and practice eating it as often as possible and take it with me many times.

Everything for me!!



I'm overeating these days, but I don't have any pain in my stomach!
I guess the most important thing is enjoy meal.
The next thing is what kind of food eat.
