I'm Jin-hong.


Oh, I ate a lot of sweet potatoes today.
I ate apples, fried vegetables, and rice.
I ate a lot... orz

I'm also concerned about eating a lot of them.
I'm afraid I ate too much.

plant-based diet don't need to stick to calories.
It's good to just care about overeating:-)



First meal
13:15

There was a meeting at lunch today.
I started much earlier than yesterday and finished early, so I enjoyed lunch a little bit after the meeting.


Today's lunch was steamed sweet potatoes.

I ate 12 steamed sweet potatoes.
I think I'm really stuffed.
I drank lemon tea as a conference drink.
I drank a little, so I ate it with sweet potatoes.

When I ate 7 sweet potatoes.. I felt a little full...
But, I just wanted to eat it all up.

Warm lemon tea and sweet potato all clear..!!
I thought I ate too much...


Second meal
19:10

The evening was as vague as if I wasn't hungry.
It's better to eat moderately than to starve.
If you skip meals... I've been overeating.ㅜㅜ


First, eat 2 apples for water intake.


I prepared some vegetables.
It can only eat sweet potatoes.
But... I thought I'd have to eat other vegetables with me to eat minerals.

I think this is a compulsion. Um...;;


I also ate steamed sweet potatoes in the evening.
I don't know how many I ate, but... Looking at the picture, I think I ate ten.
also I ate dried seaweed too.


I think my life style is mess. I'm depressed.



I feel obsessed and obsessive about eating carbohydrates when I eat anything.
What's the problem? How do I improve?

I hope Thanksgiving Day will be helpful and a solution.
