First meal
14:10

Time seems to be going really well these days.
Are you going well only when I work?

They say you're old-minded when you feel the time is fast.


When I focus on something, I don't know how hungry I am.
but If I don't eat anything, It become overeating.

I don't know what's causing it, and I don't know how to get over it.
Just keep eating, well, regularly.
It's going to be okay?

I ate three ripe bananas and three apples.
Even if I try to eat it lightly... I still want to keep eating until I'm full.


Second meal
19:20

owing to the lack of ripe fruit
I think I'll keep eating sweet potatoes for a while.
It's delicious, but... I feel like I want to eat something with it.


Not ripe yet. but I need something freshness.
I ate two gold kiwi fruit.


Today's main dish is sweet potato.

Even small sweet potatoes in bite size.
I eat more than 10 at a time, so I can't get rid of the feeling of overeating.



My heart is in a whirl these days.
It may be hurt for people around me, but it is the most hurt for me.
It's a matter of choice and decision, but it's not easy to make decisions on my own standards.
I think I'm gonna keep whirling for a while.

But, fruit-based, plant-based diet is continue!!
I want a skinny body!!
