It's a nice Saturday.
Did everyone enjoy the weekend?
It's wet because of the drizzling rain.

People who work outside like me.
Let's cheer up together...orz



First meal
15:45

It's a weekend, but I worked.
not good, tired, depressed...

I came back after working hard.
I ate some snacks while I was at work, but I'll skip that. Haha


So, today's first meal was eaten near 16:00.

I'm not going to eat dinner..But if I eat less, I eat too much in the evening.
I'll eat enough.



Second meal
18:45

I had dinner.
I ate earlier than I thought.
I wasn't hungry, but eat.


I ate bananas in the evening, too.
These days, I had too much stress, so I try to take good care of eating carbohydrates.

I eat six bananas that are good for depression.


I wanted to taste something different from bananas so I ate Gold Kiwi.


I'm quite full, but I really wanted to fill it up.
I'm still having an emotional meal. Even if it's a bad need, I'm trying to fill it up.

I packed steamed cabbage with kimchi and ate it.
Kimchi is a pickled and spicy food, so it does not become a plant-based food.
However, I really wanted to eat delicious kimchi, so I ate it deliciously,
