I'm Jin-hong.
It's the start of a fun holiday.
Have a great and pleasant Hangawi.
I worked on Saturday before the holidays. Hah!
It's my choice. It's not bad.I just feel that way.
I think I ate too much yesterday.
I had a pain in my stomach at dawn again.
If I've been eating plant-based diet, I've got to be a bit masterful now,
but I'm still struggling with ups and downs.
So I ate snacks as lightly as possible.
I couldn't take a picture, but I drank a little soda.
After work, I ate some walnut-bread.
First meal
There were very few people on my way home from here, but I left late in the afternoon.
So I had dinner on my way.
I ate bibimbap.
The vegetables were seasoned with salt, and the soup must have boiled the broth, and the red pepper paste, kimchi, etc. were salted.
It's a long way from a plant-based diet, but I think it's still a healthy alternative.
It was delicious, but it was too spicy and salty to me.
I felt thirsty.
Second meal
I felt thirsty because dinner was salty.
I didn't want to drink water, but I wanted to eat cool, moist fruits.
It was quite late, but I decided to eat some fruit.
I drank healthy smoothie made with tomatoes and healthy fruits and vegetables.
I ate three korean-melons.
It was delicious even though It was not a seasonal fruit, but it was delicious.
I want to eat more food. So I ate more.
A bowl of rice and dried seaweed.
