Something... it's really annoying.
I don't want to write a diary for the meal.
But I'll write it. I like it.


First meal
13:10

These days, I want to eat bananas hard.
I'm going to eat enough carbohydrates through fruit and try to reduce starch a little.
We expect the effects of fruit meal.

Of course, plant-based diet would be great.



Today's lunch is banana.
It was a moist and sweet banana.

I tried to chew and eat as slowly as possible.
Well-ripened fruit... It goes in so easily.
I ate all four in a second.

I ate another banana.
It tasted a little bad. (Less ripe...?)
I felt bad, so I didn't want to eat any more.



Second meal
19:20

I didn't have a snack this afternoon.
Because I ate five bananas.
I thought it would be okay not to eat..
It wasn't okay. I was hungry.


I ate bananas in the evening, too.
Because I want to avoid starch.
I ate enough bananas during the day.
For dinner, I just ate three.



And I ate jumbo size green kiwis from New Zealand
I expected the taste, but not good.
I regret it a little bit.

I ate five jumbo kiwis.


I'm full.. but I want to eat more.
So, I eat more.


I ate roasted mushrooms.
I used air-fryer.
Mushrooms were delicious.
The cooking was convenient.

I ate paprika and roasted seaweed too.



Snack

Ha... It's not good.
I ate some snack at night.
maybe, I'll get a weight. I don't want it.

I regret.



I will eat lots of fruits tomorrow!
