I don't want to write a diary for the meal.
But I'll write it. I like it.

These days, I want to eat bananas hard.
I'm going to eat enough carbohydrates through fruit and try to reduce starch a little.

Today's lunch is banana.
It was a moist and sweet banana.
I tried to chew and eat as slowly as possible.

I ate all four in a second.
I ate another banana.

I ate five jumbo kiwis.

I ate roasted mushrooms.
I used air-fryer.
Mushrooms were delicious.
The cooking was convenient.
I ate paprika and roasted seaweed too.

I ate some snack at night.
