Today.. I ate too much today.
It's not good... very very not good....
I feel I'm stupid.

Why am I overeating...?



First meal
13:10

I always eat lunch after one o'clock.
Standard time is good for fasting, but these days, It's not necessary.
because I eat only when I feel hungry.


Today is the ripe banana that I picked yesterday at the mart.
Enough ripe, good texture, and sweet.

I ate six smifuru bananas for lunch.


Second meal
17:10

I ate only six bananas for lunch, but I didn't feel hungry at all while I was working in the afternoon.
I wasn't tired.
But the moment I get up, my whole body was in a flutter.
Did you work that hard?
I was a little embarrassed.

I don't have strength all over my body. It's hard to get off work!!
I thought I'd eat something.
I always carry a candy with me in case of an emergency like this.
but.. I didn't want to ate candy.. so, I went to mart.


at mart, I got ripe-banana for sale.
They were very cheap and cheaper than yesterday.

I bought a banana in a hurry and ate two.

these hungry was really a matter of survival.;;



Third meal
19:25

I finished cleaning up, and ate dinner late.
I ate as slowly as I could, so I wouldn't overeat the bananas I bought at the mart.


I ate six bananas.. but It's not enough.


so, I ate boiled cabbage much with kimchi.
Kimchi was salty and spicy, It make cabbage tasty better.
