Hello
I'm Jin-hong.


I want to lose weight.
I think I'm trying.
I feel like I'm eating more and more.;;

I haven't eaten processed food for a few days.
I don't eat snacks. I mostly eat natural food.
I think the amount of food I eat every day is increasing.
I'm sure I eat enough.. isn't it?

Will I gain weight..?


First meal
13:10

I have a meeting at lunch time.
I ate bananas in a hurry.
I've been chewed as hard as I can, but...
I think I swallowed.


4 bananas..


and some apples. That's all.



Second meal
19:30

I ate dinner a little late today.
I was a little late to organize after the meeting.
It was a hungry evening.


First, I ate one banana and one apple.
after that, I wanted more apple.
I ate 2 apples of dinner.


and I ate sweet potatoes.
It's very very small size sweet potatoes.
When I order it, I think they will big like two fingers.
But they are just one fingger. just one. too small to me.
Next time, I will buy more bigger it.

I ate 800g of sweet potatoes.. maybe.
they were small but delicious. I was satisfied.


Next week is korea's thanks giving holidays.
I enjoy every food. fruit, vegetable, nuts..
even steamed meat, oily food, sweet drinks...
every food..!!
