I have been plumping now. Damn it.
I'm stressful to lose weight again.
but, I still want to be thin. I need to try hard.



First meal

I think other people are similar.
Do you have a lot of ancestral rites on the morning of the holiday?
I'm doing too.
Together, prepare a memorial service.
We all eat together after the ancestral rites.

There are so many side dishes. Vegetables, beef, pork and fish.
They are delicious. We enjoy together.

According to plant-based, even vegetables are bad food, right?
But my opinion is a little different.
How bad would a newly-made food be?
It's fresh, it's not too spicy.
I don't think we should avoid it unconditionally.
I think having fun is more important.


Second meal
14:20

I ate a lot of breakfast, and I didn't know how hungry I felt.
But.. It has been a long time since breakfast and there is plenty of time until dinner.
Let's eat a little.


Two bunch of grapes. That's all.


Third meal
20:30

I ate dinner much later than I thought.
I was eating it outside. I haven't been looking for a restaurant for a long time.
I was really hungry.
If I hadn't eaten my lunch, I'd be very sensitive and annoyed by the people around me.


we ordered beef stew. It's the only food we can ordered.


While waiting for boil, I had a hasty meal with rice and side dishes.
I ate too much and fast.



I can't feel hungry, and I don't know how to feel full.
I'm disappointed with myself because I'm overeating and overeating.
I think it's time to study my mind.

I don't intend to give up on my target weight and size, but I think I'll look back on the fact that I've pushed the process too hard.

I'm not give up. I will fruit-based, plant-based diet keep going.
